What the workshops are
A structured, 7-day training programme delivered in real time. Not a recorded course you watch alone at midnight. Not a Slack group with a PDF. A live, small-group experience with a clear programme, real things to build, and people to build alongside.
Here's what's included:
- Weekly live sessions — small groups, not webinars. You'll be in the room, not watching a stream.
- Course criteria between sessions — practical builds, not theory. You leave each week with something working.
- A buddy to sign up with — someone with similar goals to move through the programme alongside, compare notes with, and troubleshoot with.
- A one-on-one session with me during the training — time to look at your specific setup and work through whatever isn't landing.
The first cohorts will be intentionally small. That's not a scarcity tactic — it's the point. I want to be able to give proper attention to what each person is building, not run a broadcast.
Why live matters
There's a gap between watching a video and being in the room.
In a recorded course, you watch someone else's problem get solved. In a live session, when something isn't working for your specific context, we fix it right there. The questions you didn't know you had come up — and they get answered before the end of the session, not in a forum thread three days later.
Being live also means I can be far more responsive. If something isn't landing, we slow down. If the group is ready to go deeper, we go deeper. That flexibility doesn't exist in a recording — and it makes a real difference to what people actually finish with.
The buddy element is there for the same reason. The people who make the most progress tend to be the ones who have someone to compare notes with, to challenge their assumptions, and to work alongside when a build isn't quite coming together.
Live sessions, a structured programme, a buddy, and a one-on-one. Everything is designed around actually finishing with something working — not just understanding the concepts.
Be first to know
The details are still being finalised. What I know is that the first cohort will be small and I'll be reaching out personally to people on the list when dates are confirmed.
If this sounds like what you've been looking for, fill out the form below and let me know you're interested. I'll be in touch when we're ready to go.
