AI fluency for founders.

Four weeks. You leave able to evaluate AI work, price it, and make the build-vs-buy call without becoming an engineer. Concepts you keep, tools we cover live so nothing you learn is out of date the week after.

Who it's for

Built for one specific kind of founder. If that's you, the rest of the page will feel obvious.

You lead a team that uses AI

Your engineers or ops people are already using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or n8n. You sign off the work but you can't honestly evaluate it. You want to fix that without becoming an engineer.

You want judgement, not another framework

You've read the LinkedIn posts and watched the demo videos. You can run a prompt. What you're missing is the mental model, the vocabulary, and the questions that separate real AI work from theatre.

You want to make better calls, faster

You're tired of nodding through technical conversations or stalling decisions because you can't tell if a build is two days or two months. You want to move at the pace the business needs.

What you get

Small cohort. Real deliverables from your team as the material. One human you can actually ask.

  • 4 weeks of structured content. Concepts, vocabulary, and decision frameworks arrive as short written briefs before each week's call. Read them at 6am or on a flight.
  • Weekly live calls. 60 minutes. Where anything tool-specific or time-sensitive lives, so it can stay current. Bring a real deliverable from your team and we work through it together.
  • One practical exercise per week. Applied to your actual business, not a made-up case study.
  • Materials you keep. Written briefs and call recordings stay with you after the cohort ends.

The four weeks

Mental model, then judgement, then leadership behaviour, then a decision you actually have to make.

  1. Week 1: Mental model. What's actually happening when AI does the work. What it's reliably good at, where and why it fails. No code required, no jargon left over.
  2. Week 2: Evaluating AI output. A judgement framework: how to tell if the work is any good without doing it yourself. Applied live to a real deliverable from someone's team.
  3. Week 3: Leading the team, not the tool. Question bank for standups and reviews. How to scope AI-assisted work honestly. The "2 days vs 2 months" tell. The live call covers the current tool landscape, deliberately not written down.
  4. Week 4: Deciding and acting. Build vs buy vs wait, and when to bring in outside help. You leave with a 90-day plan for how your team uses AI differently from here.

Common questions

How is this different from the Build Your Own Brain course?

Build Your Own Brain installs a working AI system on your business over six weeks: baseline, voice, workflows, archetypes, handover, in a repo you own. This is the lighter product. Four weeks of judgement training: what AI is actually good at, how to tell if the output is any good, what to ask your team in reviews, and how to make build-vs-buy calls. No repo, no install, no engineering.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You will not be writing code. You will learn the concepts, vocabulary, and decision frameworks you need to lead a team that uses AI well.

Why is the content live rather than pre-recorded?

Because the pace of change in this space means anything I record about specific tools ages fast. So the concepts and frameworks you keep are written down once, evergreen. Anything tool-specific — which product to use for what, what changed this month, what to watch — lives in the weekly live call, where it can stay current.

What time zone are the calls?

Calls run on UK time (GMT/BST), scheduled to be workable from Europe, the UK, and the East Coast of the US. Exact times are confirmed with the cohort before kick-off. Every live call is recorded for anyone who can't make it.

What if I miss a live call?

Every live call is recorded and posted within 24 hours. You can submit questions in advance if you know you'll miss one, and I'll answer them on the call so the recording is useful to you.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you complete the first week and decide it's not for you, email me before the second live call and I'll refund you in full. After that point the content is already in your hands, so refunds are at my discretion.
